Hannah grew up in North Idaho - Bonners Ferry born, Coeur d'Alene raised. Before real estate, she spent a decade teaching math, followed by stints in career advising and development at the University of Idaho. What carried through all of it: a head for numbers, a genuine interest in people, and a low tolerance for nonsense.

She and Hayden have been friends since their time at Canfield Middle School. When he asked her to join the team, it was less a job offer and more an obvious next step.

Hannah got her real estate license at the end of 2025. She brings to every transaction the kind of integrity and attention that makes clients feel taken care of - from the first conversation to the last signature.
