We initially contacted Hayden as I was interested in a condo project in Post Falls he was selling. However, we decided not to go that route and asked Hayden for rental information in Coeur d’Alene instead. He immediately gave us all the information we requested and after listening intently to what we were looking for, offered to show us some properties. Hayden was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property we were interested in. We had never purchased a condo before and didn't even know what questions to ask. He was great at bringing the engineer and building contractor into the discussion when necessary. Was obvious he wanted to be a support and any difficulties we had along the way were due to the fact that everyone in this complex was able to customize their unit. That opportunity is rare and there are some things we may have done differently, but it was a learning experience for us. We feel Hayden definitely looked out for our interests.
